Terms of service

These terms govern the use of AI stats review (the "service"). By logging in with Facebook you accept them.

1. What the service does

The service reads the statistics of the Facebook ad accounts you select and presents them as tables, charts, findings and generated texts. Access is read-only: the service cannot create, edit or pause ads, change budgets, publish content or send messages on your behalf. The service is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Your account

You must have the right to read the statistics of the ad accounts you connect. You are responsible for keeping your Facebook login secure and for the actions taken from your session. Statistics of an account that is connected by several users are shown to each of them independently.

3. Free usage limits

The service is currently provided free of charge with limits that can change over time: a maximum number of connected ad accounts per user, a limited history depth in the interface, and daily limits on generated texts and report exports. The current limits are shown in your profile. Accounts shared with an organization may be exempt from some limits.

4. Data sharing with organizations

You can share the statistics of selected accounts with an organization. Sharing starts only after you confirm a consent screen and can be stopped by you at any time. Data delivered before you stop sharing remains with the organization; the organization's use of it is governed by your agreement with that organization, not by these terms.

5. Generated texts

Summaries, explanations and answers are generated automatically from the calculated numbers and are checked against them. They are an aid to reading the statistics, not advice. Decisions about your advertising remain yours.

6. No guarantees

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness of data returned by Facebook, or the accuracy of Facebook's own reporting. Collection can be delayed or stopped when Facebook limits requests, when a token expires or when an ad account is disabled on the platform. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to access accounts you are not authorized to read, to overload the service, to reverse-engineer it, or to resell the data in violation of Facebook's platform terms.

8. Termination and account deletion

You can disconnect any account or delete your whole account and its data at any time from your profile or through the data deletion page; deletion is completed within 24 hours. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that Facebook requires us to stop.

9. Changes

We may change these terms; the current version is published at this address and material changes are announced in the interface. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
