Data deletion
You can delete your AI stats review account and all statistics collected for it in any of these ways.
a) From your profile
Log in and open Profile → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. You are logged out immediately and taken to the status page with your confirmation code.
b) From Facebook
Open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find AI stats review, choose Remove and then Send request to delete your data. Facebook sends the request to us and it is queued automatically; Facebook shows you the confirmation code and a link to the status page.
c) By e-mail
Use the support form from the e-mail address of your Facebook profile, or include your Facebook profile id. We queue the deletion and reply with a confirmation code.
What is deleted and when
A queued request is completed within 24 hours. Your profile, sessions, Facebook tokens, connected accounts, all collected statistics, findings and generated texts are removed. If an ad account is also connected by other users, its statistics stay available to them; only your binding is removed. Server logs are kept for 90 days for security reasons and contain no advertising statistics.
Checking the status
Every request receives a confirmation code. Open the status page at any time to see whether the request is queued or done:
